We view the home on site and compare it with what has actually sold in the area.

Agreement
Fees, outlays and scope are agreed in writing before we start – as the Real Estate Agency Act requires.

Preparation
Condition report, photos and prospectus – everything buyers need, in one place.

Viewing
The home is shown, and interested buyers get their questions answered.

Bidding
Every bid is logged and passed on as it comes. You decide when to say yes.
